Grabbed this shot during the Crafty Bastards Art Festival in DC last fall (07). There was a break dancing troop performing all day and towards the end they held more freestyle sessions. This guy came out of the crowd and the colors of his clothes really stood out combined with his windmill. I added photoshop radial blur for effect.
