Trip down the road to Charlottesville, VA to visit the town and hit up the Look3 (
http://www.look3.org/) photography festival. Great weekend away from the city and to revisit the town that hosts UVA. What an amazing campus that school has, so much history and beautiful architecture all designed by the man himself, Thomas Jefferson. The photography festival was equally impressive. There I discovered my new "photography hero" James Natchwey (
http://www.jamesnachtwey.com/), who unknown to me is an incredibly prolific war photographer, and to those of you who don't know me...that line of work is one of my higher aspirations. Definitely check out his work when you have the chance and browse through the Look3 site to see the featured photographers.
